Attorney Gerald A. Griggs

Attorney Griggs is a native of Atlanta who grew up in South DeKalb County prior to relocating to South Cobb during his teens. As a youth, Griggs attended Atlanta Public Schools until enrolling in Woodward Academy in 1990. Attorney Griggs graduated from Woodward Academy in 1996 and was offered a scholarship to Oxford College of Emory University. In 1998, Griggs graduated from Oxford College with an Associate Degree and moved on to Emory University in Atlanta. While at Emory, Attorney Griggs had the opportunity to work for the City of Atlanta Solicitor’s Office under Atlanta Solicitor Raines Carter. In 2000, Attorney Griggs graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Political Science. Griggs continued to work for the Solicitor’s Office after graduation as a Warrant Officer. Attorney Regina J. Matthews

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Matthews attended schools in the Chicago Public School system from Kindergarten through her graduation from Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center where she received her High School Diploma. Currently, she resides in the metro Atlanta area with her husband and son.

In the Fall of 1997, Attorney Matthews began her collegiate studies at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. During her college career, she remained at the top of her college class (President’s List) and was inducted into the Alpha Lamdba Delta Honors Society as a Freshman. Matthews completed her college studies in 3 ½ years (a semester ahead of schedule) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Social Work...Full Biography
